Administrative
There are over 100 administrative staff positions within the Association. These positions include clerks, clerk typists, receptionists, switchboard operators, messengers, word processing specialists, legal assistants, secretaries and executive assistants. Each category will have its own special qualifications but the minimum qualification for any position within the Association is a high school diploma or its equivalency. To qualify for an interview for a position, a candidate must successfully complete the administrative testing process which includes general administrative tests such as Computer Usage, Typing, Spelling, Vocabulary, Grammar, etc. Some positions, such as Legal Assistant, will also require an applicant to have a paralegal certificate and/or an Associate/Bachelors. Candidates with Spanish language skills (oral and written) are often sought out to fill specific needs.
